Using the site or submitting an order means these terms and the incorporated store policies apply.

Permitted activity

Use the storefront only for lawful shopping and communication. Attempts to interfere with security, scrape abusively, introduce malicious material, or misuse protected content are prohibited.

Listings and order acceptance

We aim to keep descriptions, images, variants, prices, taxes, and availability accurate, but reasonable display or typographical errors can arise. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may limit, decline, or cancel it for stock, authorization, address, fraud, legal, policy, or evident-error reasons.

Fulfillment and delivery

Preparation follows successful payment authorization, and carrier transit begins after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains the current estimates, address responsibilities, tracking, and delay handling.

Return and exchange terms

Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted when the Refund Policy conditions are met, and exchanges are accepted. The request window is 30 calendar days from delivery and applies to new products. A non-defective return must be unused and in original condition. Approval comes before mailing; an eligible return may then use the free prepaid label enclosed in the parcel, with no restocking fee. We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days, although bank posting can take longer.

Legal limits and revisions

Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer protections. Other limitations apply only as far as governing law allows. Updated terms take effect prospectively when a revised version is posted.
