Refund Policy

This guide sets out how to request a return, refund, or exchange and what happens after review.

Who may apply

Returns are available for products with a defect and for products without a defect, and we also accept exchange requests. Apply no later than 30 calendar days after the parcel is delivered. The request must relate to a new product. If the reason is a change of mind, personal preference, or an option chosen in error, the non-defective item must still be unused, in original condition, and new. An item received damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete, or materially unlike its description is assessed as a product issue rather than required to be undamaged.

Information for review

Write to ponoyakun068@gmail.com before sending a return. Provide the order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. For a product issue, add useful photographs or video and retain the packaging, accessories, and other included pieces where possible. Do not mail the item until approval, instructions, and the correct return address have been confirmed. The store's ordinary correspondence address is not necessarily the return destination.

Returning by post

Returns are made by mail. Your parcel includes a free prepaid return label for an eligible approved return; when you use that label, the corresponding label charge and return postage are not charged to you. You must still contact us and receive approval before dispatching the package. If the enclosed label cannot be found, contact support for assistance. No restocking fee applies.

Refund or exchange outcome

We initiate an approved refund back to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after approval. A financial institution may take extra time to post the funds. Exchanges and replacements are confirmed according to the review outcome and stock then available.

Mandatory rights

Any consumer protection that cannot legally be limited continues to apply.
